How long will it take to produce my caricature?
My current turnaround is 24 hours. Note that printed caricatures take a few days longer to arrive from the professional print shop (I do not use inkjet prints unlike my competition). I aim to complete all caricatures within 5 working days although I usually complete them a lot quicker. If you have a rush job then please contact me - I always try to oblige.

How do I send you the photograph?
Photos can be sent via e-mail to sales@drawme.co.uk or by post. Please refer to my Contact page. If sending an order by post then please make cheques payable to: armidia

What type of photograph is required?
A good head and shoulders shot is definitely required. A photo taken with a digitial camera is usually best although I can scan photos for you. Blurry, small or dark photos are not good and usually mean that I can't complete the caricature. Please feel free to send more than 1 photo. Most people send 3 although this isn't a requirement.

How do I pay ?
You can pay online or over the phone by credit or debit card, by cheque or postal order. Online payments are secure. I link direclty to my bank's (WorldPay) secure payment server which uses the highest form of digital encryption available.

What do I receive?
This depends on the package you select. Please refer to my order page for further details on packages and prices.

How are caricatures sent ?
This depends on the package you select. Printed caricatures A3 size are sent in a postal tube. Framed prints are well packaged in postal boxes containing bubble wrap for extra protection.
All items are shipped 1st class via Royal Mail and usually arrive the next day. I can arrange for Special Delivery of items but this is at the customer's expense (approx £4 - £6 dependent on weight).
I will NOT guarantee a delivery date unless you have requested a Special Delivery.

I want more copies. How can I do this?
Just select the required quantity at the order stage.. If you require extra prints then just get in touch with me and I will be happy to help.

Will the caricature look like the photo?
Yes. I work closely with the original image to obtain an amazing likeness.

No. You can specify any theme or ideas and as much detail as you wish when ordering. |
