Q.: Am I limited to the themes on your website?
A.: No. You can specify anything you want to be included in the background.
Q. Do I get a proof?
A: Not unless you specifically ask for one. If a proof is requested and sent then you must respond within 24 hours if you require any changes to the background otherwise the original will be printed and sent.
Q. My order has not arrived?
A. You must notify me immediately if your order does not arrive, is damaged, or if anything is missing. In the unlikely event of goods being damaged or missing please retain the original packaging for inspection by the Post Office. New prints will be issued immediately upon proof of damage or shortage. All damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Q. I want a refund.
A. A caricature is a personalised item and under the Distance Selling Regulations you are not entitled to a refund.
Q. How are caricatures drawn?
A. Caricatures are drawn by hand using a digital pen onto a computer. The likeness to the face depends on the photo sent. Exaggerated features are not drawn unless specifically requested at the point of ordering. Please remember that this is not a portrait...it is an artist's interpretation of the photo.
